Despite the fast growth that has experienced Maricopa County during the last years, the unincorporated community of Waddell has known to manage the circumstances to remain as a one of the safest and peaceful places of the area, as reported by FBI crime data.

It has a wonderful small town atmosphere into a breath taking landscape with scenic views of the mountains as well as its parks. The community is conveniently located to Surprise and the near by  Wildlife Zoo  

Next to the town and close enough to be considered it is in the backyard of their residents, is White Tank Mountain Regional park; with canyons and ridges that attract numerous visitors every year for walking and hiking up to waterfall.

Waddell is fully integrated to its neighbor city Surprise located just 10 miles away. This city provides job sources and easy access to major retail centers.
