Raoul Sada

Raoul Sada has been the President & CEO of the Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce since July 2015. Mr. Sada has been leading statewide not-for-profit organizations for more than 20 years. As the CEO he plans, organizes, directs and controls the Chamber’s services, products, business retention efforts, and public policy activities. He is responsible for developing and maintaining a collaborative working relationship between the Chamber of Commerce, and other key business & public policy organizations, other chambers, and other regional organizations to foster a pro-business environment. He oversees a staff and day-to-day operations of the Chamber and reports directly to the Board of Directors. Raoul works with the Board of Directors to develop and implement long-range goals and strategy. He has a Master’s Degree from ASU’s top ranked School of Public Administration with an undergraduate degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Mary Orta
|
Mary Orta, has been the Vice President of Marketing and Operation since 2010. In this role, Mary focuses on driving revenue and market share growth for the Chamber by leading sales channel transformation and evolving the company’s customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, brand and competitive strategies. Operationally she helps to plan, direct and coordinate operations in support of a Chamber's growth. Typical duties also include formulating policies and strategic plans for future growth, and managing daily operations of personnel, program delivery, purchasing, administration and other functions.
