- They do not make sales pitches about a particular product or service. Our members do not want to be sold a product or service, they do want to hear from subject matter experts about business related topics.
- Use generic names if at all possible. If they must mention a specific product or service, they mention the names of two or three similar products or services.
- They do not disparage their competition.
- They provide balanced and unbiased information.
