Our Ambassadors spread the word about our Celebrating Community events by passing out flyers, inviting others and sharing the event details on social media and at gatherings:
What to Say when Passing Out Flyers?
- Introduce yourself: "My name is (name), I live in the community, and I am a Celebrating Community Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce."
- Tell them: "We are promoting a free community event called the Celebrating Community Home & Health Show. This community event features free admission, vendor giveaways, live music, and food samples
- The Ask: "May I leave some flyers with you to share with your customers?"
- Be sure to smile and say thank you (even if they don't want flyers)
