We value your interest and willingness to coordinate a program/service to benefit our organization.
The Chamber has many vehicles that allow for a business to promote and market their businesses. Some businesses what to sell their product or service directly through the Chamber, or use the Chamber brand and name recognition to generate sales for their business.
The most successful arrangements provide the seller with leads/sales, offer a valued added benefit to our members, and provide the Chamber revenue (royalties). Because the Chamber’s name and reputation is our most valued asset, along with relationships with our members and the business community, the Chamber requires each proposal to be evaluated carefully.
A royalty is a payment made to the Chamber by a party for using the Chamber’s brand name and membership accesses on an ongoing basis. Royalties are typically agreed upon as a fixed recurring payment or as a percentage of gross or net revenues derived from the use of the Chamber’s assets (name, reputation, membership access, etc.).

Guidelines
Because of the high volume of partnership requests, the following guidelines have been developed to protect individuals, organizations and corporations hosting programs to benefit the Chamber or it’s members.
1. The Third Party is responsible for all event coordination, marketing/promotion and sales.
2. The percentage of proceeds that will benefit the Chamber is not confidential, and must be disclosed to the buyer.
3. Any use of the Chamber logo or name must be approved by the Chamber. Any contact with press or other media involving the Chamber, must be coordinated with the Chamber.
4. The Chamber cannot finance any expenses related to a Third-Party Events or assume responsibility for any debts incurred.
5. The Third party agrees to coordinate with and request permission from Chamber before soliciting any individuals, organizations or businesses in order to avoid duplicated efforts.
6. The Third Party must state the terms of the donation/contribution that Chamber can expect from the event and must submit the donation/royalty within thirty (30) days of their collection.
7. The Chamber cannot be held liable for details associated directly or indirectly with the activity, including but not limited to, expenses, purchases, insurance or liability coverage.
8. The Chamber must receive a list sales including contact name, addresses, email and phone and specific dollar amounts of the gross sales and percentage going to Chamber.
Chamber Participation
1. If an event/program is approved, we can provide our logo for promotional material
2. The Chamber is unable to assist in solicitations, donations, managing mailings, attending committee meetings, recruiting attendees or collecting monies.
3. Due to limited resources, the Chamber cannot guarantee attendance or participation of members, volunteers, board members or staff.
4. The Chamber typically does not solicit participation from our members/supporters for third party events and cannot approve third party use of the Chamber mailing lists.
5. The use of the Chamber mailing or email blasts may be considered for event and activities when the Chamber receives a royalty or commission rate in excess of 40% or there is minimum guarantee of $5,000 or more per year.
