About the Chamber  The Chamber originated in 1963 and serves the five communities of Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage and Youngtown. We represent about 700 businesses and 3500 professionals who have joined together to maximize their business opportunities. Leadership Opportunities & Events Volunteering on a committee is time well-spent and it enables you to get to know the chamber better and interact with a smaller group of members. Networking Opportunities Breakfast Seminars Get to know other members in a casual atmosphere and cultivate new clients, as well as learn from knowledgeable speakers. New members are introduced and present a 30-second commercial on their business. Time is set aside to interact with other business leaders. Also, you have the opportunity to display your business cards and pamphlets.  Chamber Business Mixers Take a break from the work week and mix it up with Chamber friends, old and new. Networking Lunches These small-group luncheon meetings allow you to get to know other members and to promote your business. New Member Orientation The monthly New Member Orientation is presented by the membership committee to acquaint our new members with the Chamber's programs, committees, activities, and special events.
